This space takes its marks in a building of 1886 which uses the codes of the baron Haussmann at the time of the second empire, under a sharp influence sardaignoise. This flat transformed by our care, reflects above all : aerial, elegance and high-tech, under japanese influence. To symbolize the crossbreeding between France and Japan, this apartment bears the Japanese feminine name "Ai" meaning "Love", as a union between these two worlds. On the other hand, the high tech aspect is reminded by using this name as the initials of Artificial Intelligence.
